Summary
At Russ Darrow Madison CJDR were looking for personable driven individuals to join our team as Automotive Sales Consultants. This is more than a sales roleits an opportunity to guide customers through one of the most important purchases theyll make. Backed by strong leadership ongoing training and a trusted reputation in the community youll have the tools you need to succeed in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities
Welcome customers warmly and learn about their individual vehicle needs
Provide product knowledge and hands-on demonstrations during test drives
Guide customers through our transparent and supportive purchase process
Clearly present pricing financing options and assist with documentation
Maintain relationships with past buyers to generate repeat and referral business
Proactively reach out to new prospects through a variety of channels
Qualifications
Requirements
- Sales experience in any industry is welcome - Excellent training is provided!
- An energetic and outgoing people person thats motivated to succeed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude good work ethic and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license
- Must pass pre-employment background checks MVR and drug screen.
