What Youll Do:
Proactively manage and grow accounts within your assigned territory
Build meaningful relationships through regular visits calls and check-ins
Present new product offerings introduce promotions and upsell to meet revenue targets
Secure new business through cold calling referrals and personalized pitches
Accurately process and follow through on all orders quotes and service requests
Work cross-functionally with logistics purchasing and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution
Strategically plan your week and communicate updates via our CRM system
Contribute to team goals by sharing insights and participating in weekly reporting
Stay sharp with ongoing industry knowledge and product education
Were Looking For Someone Who:
Has 2 years in a B2B sales territory management or account executive role
Understands the value of consultative selling and thrives in a goal-driven environment
Has strong organizational skills and knows how to manage a busy schedule
Enjoys solving problems building rapport and going the extra mile for a customer
Is tech-comfortableCRM and reporting software experience is a plus
Brings energy ambition and accountability to their day-to-day work
Has a Bachelors degree in sales business marketing or equivalent experience
