As an Associate Cloud Operations Engineer you will join a cloud operations team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a multi-account Azure environment. Youll be hands-on with DevOps tools collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and support deployment pipelines monitoring systems and security protocols. This role includes opportunities to build automation that improves system reliability and developer productivity.

- UoP: 24 000 - 26 500 PLN gross monthly (optionally B2B)

Responsibilities:
Cloud Infrastructure Management
- Maintain and improve AWS-based infrastructure across multiple environments
- Monitor and respond to incidents using Datadog and CloudWatch
- Participate in on-call support rotation (approx. 1 week/month)
Automation & Scripting
- Write and maintain scripts (Python Bash) to automate operational tasks
- Collaborate on Terraform code to define and manage infrastructure as code
DevOps Collaboration
- Support CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD)
- Assist in container orchestration tasks using Kubernetes (EKS)
Security & Best Practices
- Implement and manage IAM policies and access control
- Help enforce security standards across cloud environments
Requirements:
Technical Foundation
- 13 years of professional experience in a DevOps Cloud or Systems role
- Working knowledge of AWS services and architecture
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python Bash)
Tooling & Processes
- Understanding of IaC principles with tools like Terraform
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as Datadog or CloudWatch
- Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines
Mindset & Communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive ownership-driven approach
- Willingness to learn and grow in a cloud-focused environment
- Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
Bonus Points
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
- AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner SysOps etc.)
- Familiarity with GitOps workflows or platform engineering concepts
