About the role:
- Work within a thriving Statutory Insurance - Workers Compensation practice and have the opportunity to work closely with different Partners from across both the Sydney and Newcastle offices.
- Identify potential liability defences manage medical records negotiate settlements and reduce the risk of litigation.
The ideal candidate:
- 2 years post admission experience working in the personal injury space more specially Workers Compensation.
- Clear & concise drafting skills.
- Exceptional communication skills & meticulous attention to detail.
