Job Description
This role is part of UNITE our business-led tech-enabled transformation - delivering simplification and benefits for our customers employees and shareholders. This program is about delivering one best way.
As a Senior Project Manageryou will be leading the delivery of new features on our Consumer online banking platform. This role will be bringing teams together and working to ensure efficient delivery of project outcomes for our lines of business.
What will I be responsible for
- Manage scope and delivery of a number of software development teams aligned to a value stream
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders on day-to-day basis to achieve the project objectives
- Support your project team through end-to-end delivery including any necessary escalation and agile ceremonies.
- Actively support various technology provider teams to enable efficient plan execution.
- Support reporting and engagement with oversight and audit/ assurance functions.
- Participate in the planning and delivery of Change Management activities to support the implementation.

What do I need
Essential:
- 7 years experience managing delivery of software projects
- Strong understanding of software development processes and tools
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager
- Systems integration experience
- Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Technical Management and solutioning skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive planning and risk management skills
Preferred:
- Previous experience in combined Business & IT project management
- Experience with remote and vendor teams
