Tutor Doctor of North Jerseyis seeking experienced and passionateScience Tutorsto join our team.
Were a local community-based tutoring company that has been helping students succeed for over 11 years. We match tutors with students for personalized in-home instruction that fits their unique needsand were currently looking for tutors with strong backgrounds inScienceslike Chemistry Physics Biology and other middle school high school or college-level sciences.
About the Role
- One-on-One Tutoring:Provide personalized sessions tailored to each students learning style academic goals and course material.
- In-Home Instruction:Work with students in their homes or at local libraries throughout Ridgewood and the surrounding areas.
- Flexible Scheduling:Coordinate with families to set consistent session times that suit your availability.
- Progress Reporting:Submit short session reports to help monitor student progress.
What Were Looking For
- Subject Expertise:Strong knowledge of the Sciences like Chemistry Physics Biology or other science disciplines.
- Experience:Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience.
- Education:Bachelors degree required (preferably in a science-related field).
- Transportation:Reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.
- Location:Willing and able to commute within a 1015 mile radius of Ridgewood NJ.
