As a COTA with Greenfield youll play a key role in helping residents regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily activities. COTA responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist
Assist residents in improving their ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing grooming and feeding
Implement therapy interventions focused on increasing independence safety and quality of life
Accurately document treatment sessions and resident progress
Motivate and support residents through compassionate and skilled care
Collaborate with the therapy and interdisciplinary team to ensure well-rounded resident support

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Certification by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
