Regulatory Compliance Reporting Specialist Location: Ann Arbor Birmingham Grand Rapids Kalamazoo Novi (MI) or Naples (FL) Varnum LLP a leading Michigan-based full-service law firm with over 180 attorneys across six offices is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Reporting Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position offering the flexibility to be based out of any of our offices. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a strong commitment to client service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical and communication skills the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and submit external regulatory reports to federal state and international agencies.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of reports in accordance with strict daily deadlines.
- Collaborate across departments and contribute to team-based projects while independently managing assigned responsibilities.
- Support special projects including responses to ad hoc regulatory data requests.
Qualifications: Education: - Bachelors degree required.
Experience: - Prior experience in regulatory compliance legal operations or substantial interaction with compliance or legal functions.
Required Skills and Attributes: - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work products and communications.

Work Schedule: - Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
- Ability to work outside regular business hours as needed to meet client or regulatory deadlines.
