- Arrange for delivery of materials to the job site and communicate timelines with clients.
- Actively manage schedules and timelines to prevent delays and ensure that projects are on time and within budget.
- Inspect the completion of the project and forward feedback to the franchise owner and other team members.
- Run multiple job sites efficiently and safely. Interact directly with clients from design development through final installation and maintenance contracts.
- Coordinate subcontractors and team members and manage scheduling.
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
- Create and maintain schedules that make sure upcoming events are communicated tracked and being proactively managed.
- Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
- Supervise the work of laborers mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
- Develop Project Management Office methodology and documentation to streamline project submission and implementation
- Computer savvy with specific skills in Builder trend Procore or similar software
- Forward-thinking to see projects through to completion without unnecessary delays
- Ability to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw band saw power hand saw router planer and powered nail gun
- Minimum 5 years experience in field
- Full-time employment (MondayFriday schedule)

- 3 years of experience in remodeling carpentry or construction management
- Strong project coordination and people management skills

- Knowledge of cabinet installation refacing and kitchen layouts is a plus
- Reliable punctual and professional with clients and crews
