This evolving client islooking for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead to join this growing team. The Role
As our Commercial Lead you will:
Oversee all commercial aspects of projects from inception to completion
Manage cost planning procurement contracts valuations and final accounts
Lead and mentor junior commercial staff
Work closely with project managers directors and clients
Help drive growth and develop processes as we scale operations
What Were Looking For
Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor ideally in a main contractor or developer environment
Proven ability to manage budgets forecasts and commercial reporting
A confident communicator with leadership skills and a proactive approach
MRICS / Degree or equivalent is a bonus but not essential
A genuine passion for delivering quality construction locally
