Location: Madrid Spain
The Logistics Inventory Coordinator plays a key role in overseeing and executing inventory and logistics operations to ensure seamless supply chain performance. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records supporting inbound and outbound flows and ensuring full compliance with audit requirements in alignment with Nextrackers procedures. The coordinator works closely with internal teams and external third-party logistics (3PL) partners to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate daily warehouse tasks with 3PL partners including:
- Receiving inbound shipments
- Processing outbound orders
- Managing internal inventory transfers
- Reviewing and validating logistics invoices
Execute warehouse shipments aligned with allocation plans and delivery deadlines.
Perform inventory transactions (receipts fulfillments transfers) in NetSuite ensuring alignment with Incoterms and title transfer rules.
Maintain accurate and timely inventory records in NetSuite.
Act as main point of contact for all warehouse-related questions from 3PL partners and internal stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by proposing process enhancements and assisting in the development of performance metrics and analysis tools.
Analyze logistics and inventory data to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.
Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and SOX controls.
Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations between 3PL and internal systems; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Lead annual physical inventory blind counts according to Nextracker SOX and audit procedures.
Prepare and track warehouse performance KPIs on a monthly basis.
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by management to support operations.
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years of practical experience in logistics inventory or warehouse operations including hands-on involvement in inbound/outbound logistics and order preparation.
Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems; NetSuite experience preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience working with 3PL providers and a solid understanding of global logistics and Incoterms.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Availability for weekly visits to the warehouse (approx. 1 hour from Madrid) and occasional international travel.
