Monitor sales and use relevant software to produce detailed analysis and sales reports interpret them and make recommendations;
Contribute to the development of new programs to improve and monitor the progress of action plans for the sales team;
Participate in the development of new markets and applications using the appropriate methods and tools (telemarketing appropriate software cold-calling etc.);
Follow-up on agreements at risk (expiring) and agreements to be renegotiated (which the client does not want to renew automatically);
Write bids and proposals;
Participate in the preparation of the price increase program and organize the communication of price increases to clients and account executives;
Support the Account Executives through training and coaching on the various tools (Sales Force etc.);
Work with his/her team and other cross-functional teams to continuously improve work processes.
Who we are looking for
You have a College diploma in administration marketing or any other relevant discipline combined with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
You are familiar with Oracle OBIEE (or other ERP) Power BI Sales Force (or other CRM) and Google applications (Sheets and Slides) or MS Office (Excel and PPT).
You have knowledge of the welding industry (an asset).
You are recognized for your customer orientation your autonomy and your organizational skills.
You are excellent skills communicator in both verbal and written
