As our Receptionist your smiling face will be a welcoming addition to our head office located in the vibrant trendy The Grounds Alexandria!

About You!

You will love providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions; be motivated and hardworking with a can do attitude!

This role requires excellent communication skills strong organisational abilities and a friendly demeanour to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors clients and employees with a warm and professional demeanour.
  • Manage incoming calls and /or emails
  • Assist the Office Manager coordinate building and/or facilities maintenance as required.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail packages and deliveries.
  • Day to day administrative tasks of the People & Culture department generally associated to training and development.
  • Assist other service departments
  • Performing other administrative tasks or duties as required.
