The Opportunity

As a Fund Analyst on DALT/DACT Fund you will assist the Fund Manager and Senior Fund Analyst in implementing the Funds Investment Strategy. You will provide analytical insights into the Funds portfolio focusing on its characteristics drivers risks and opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Industrial Funds you will collaborate with Leasing Managers Asset Managers and Finance and Capital Transactions teams to achieve the Funds objectives.

As a Fund Analyst in the DALT/DACT Fund team you will make an impact by;

• Assisting the Fund Manager and Senior Fund Analyst in implementing the Funds Investment Strategy and provide analytical support for investment decisions and portfolio management.

• Regularly liaise with key investor contacts prepare marketing materials and provide strategic analysis to support investor decisions.

• Developing and maintain financial models prepare and review quarterly and annual investor reports and manage annual budgets and asset planning.

• Conducting research on the industrial market review asset valuations and analyze the strategic and financial impact of acquisitions divestments and major transactions.

• Assisting in fund compliance obligations support the progression of the Funds ESG strategy and implement specific initiatives across the portfolio.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Property Finance or Commerce; further studies or professional courses in a related discipline are advantageous.

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience preferably in property or finance industries; strong financial modeling and analysis skills; familiarity with unlisted funds finance and capital structures balance sheet and profit/loss reporting.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint; strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strategic agility collaboration interpersonal savvy independent thinking intellectual curiosity and effective time management.

• Strong attention to detail initiative positive attitude team spirit flexibility adaptability and the ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information.
