The Fabrication Lead will be responsible for quality control in the fabrication department and enforcing and improving department policies and procedures. The Fabrication Lead will assist site leadership in maintaining the schedule and achieving target ship dates. The Fabrication Lead will also have a major role in all continuous improvement activities within the department. This individual will also be a technical expert in fabrication and will mentor and train fabrication employees in technique and process to achieve desired results.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
