As a Prep Chef an ideal candidate is proficient in various preparation techniques has excellent knife skills and displays a profound understanding of and commitment to our high standards for food safety. Attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Culinary Expertise:
A minimum of 1-3 years of culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment demonstrating proficiency in various culinary techniques mastered knife skills and a comprehensive understanding of food preparation.
A formal culinary degree or relevant certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred but a combination of experience and education will be considered.
