Description of the role:
As a Home Health Aide at University Home Care in Holly MI you will provide essential assistance and support to patients in their homes. This position plays a crucial role in helping individuals maintain their independence and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care tasks including bathing grooming and dressing
- Provide basic medical care such as checking vital signs and administering medication
- Help with household tasks such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Monitor and report any changes in the patients condition to the healthcare team
Requirements:
- Car insurance and car registration ( not necessary but a plus)
- Driver license and own transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
