Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join BMW of Bridgeport in Bridgeport CT. As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties will include offering administrative support across the organization welcoming guests and providing information to callers. Weekly hours for this position will range from 23-30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and direct visitors appropriately
- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Keep reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
