Job Description
Automotive Accounting Clerk:
Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an accounting clerk to join our accounting team and help support our daily operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
- Type accurately prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Process product cancellations for lien holder or customer reimbursement and maintain product schedules including payment to third party vendors.
- Process and maintain aftermarket products and schedules for accuracy in posting and clearing.
Requirements and Skills
- Use of Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including excel.
- Must be dependable and capable of processing large volumes of work on a daily basis
- Well organized
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks MVR drug test credit report and have a valid TN drivers license.
