Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing strong relationships with personal lines insurance clients ensuring their insurance needs are met while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for personal lines insurance clients responding to inquiries and providing expert guidance on insurance products and coverage options
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate and secure the best insurance policies for clients
- Analyze clients current insurance policies and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional insurance products
- Communicate policy changes renewal terms and any updates to clients in a timely and professional manner
- Process policy endorsements renewals and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with the sales and underwriting teams to support client retention and revenue targets
- Stay updated on industry trends regulatory changes and insurance products to provide informed recommendations to clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- Prior personal lines insurance experience
- In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverage options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to ensure the best outcomes for clients
- Proficiency with insurance software and Microsoft Office applications
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
