Job Description
- Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and quality procedures.
- Review design documents and vendor submittals to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Coordinate and oversee inspection and testing activities across all project phases.
- Monitor contractors and suppliers QA/QC performance and ensure alignment with project standards.
- Lead or support internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
- Track and resolve non-conformances deviations and corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of quality records and certifications (e.g. welding NDT pressure testing).
- Collaborate with HSE and construction teams to ensure safe execution of quality-related tasks.
- Support turnover and handover documentation for mechanical completion and commissioning.
- Minimum 58 years of QA/QC experience in oil & gas.
- Certified QA/QC qualifications (e.g. CSWIP AWS CWI ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are a plus.
- Familiarity with welding mechanical completion and documentation control.
- Strong communication organizational and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
