As the Production Manager Assembly you will manage manufacturing and production teams. You are responsible for production schedule and for maintaining inventory of supplies and raw materials to keep production flowing smoothly. Youll enforce compliance with company procedures regarding safety security housekeeping process documentation standard operating procedures and scrap management. Ensure that standards for product quality equipment and operator performance are maintained and that cost-effective technology is used to maximize production. Initiate recommendations on purchases of new equipment and improvements to plant property. You will manage the activities of supervisors and/or individual contributors within your teams. You will partner with Leadership and Human Resources for hiring firing performance appraisals and pay reviews.
