Account Manager

Location: Milan Italy

About the role:

Working closely with an FMCG client the Account Manager works hand in hand with the client to manage the day-to-day running of projects working within specified timeframes and budgets.

Reporting to the Account Director based in Spain the Account Manager based in Italy is part of a team of 15. (Please submit your CV in English)

What you will be doing:

• Understand the importance of brands and working within brand guidelines
• Coordinate and lead project to deliver advertising campaigns on time
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their goals and expectations
• Develop detailed project timing plans ensuring smooth execution from start to finish
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize project outcomes
• Facilitate creative brainstorming sessions bringing fresh ideas to the table
• Monitor project progress identifying and resolving issues swiftly
• Build and foster strong relationships with clients and team members
• Ensure projects align with both client needs and our strategic vision
• Support client growth and projects

What you need to be great in this role:

• Italian and English are a must
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Effective Communicator: Youre able to articulate project goals and updates clearly to clients and team members.
• Organized and Detail-Oriented: You keep projects on track and ensure no detail is overlooked from timelines to budgets.
• Proactive Problem Solver: You anticipate challenges and act quickly to address issues before they become problems.
• Client-Centric Focus: You prioritize the clients vision and expectations making sure deliverables meet their needs.
• Adaptable and Resilient: You remain flexible and poised even when projects undergo unexpected changes.
