You will leadthe production operations in the Plant and delivering key performance targets(SQCDSM) in safety quality productivity volumes cost sustainability organizational morale. You will ensure our manufacturing strategy is implemented and is fully effectiveand you will strive to build a high performing organization.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Manages change/ transformation change/ transformation amongst the Operating teams in theimplementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma phase journeyFoF-Factory of Future Line centric organization & roles(AM-Autonomous Maintenance PM-Progressive Maintenance and an integrated 6 star model within operating Lineteams) to progress into Self sufficient models Values and principles through effective coaching mentoringand development of the team.
- Support the Manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet Safety Quality Cost Delivery SustainabilityEngagement goals in line with the site Compelling business need. coach Line Leaders cascade & communicate theplans and targets to employees to ensure alignment and understanding around priorities focus and KPIs.
- Lead and be Accountable to establish a strong Governance to Review Control Operational performance andContinuous Improvement plan and embed a zero loss mindset to constantly improve and deliver against best in classboth internally and externally. Drive the Operating team to identify and manage improvements to technology culturecapability and operating systems to deliver a best practice and reliable operation.
- Support all Manufacturing standards Governance Compliance requirements (e.g. CorporateQuality Food safety & GMP Health Safety Security Environment Sustainability Code of conduct Policies &principles Operational standards Local legal requirements Internal Audit norms & other procedures updated fromtime to time) are in place understood by all and is regularly reviewed and monitored for effective implementation.
- Lead and be Accountable for Talent Capabilities & Engagement for the Manufacturing team - identify andimplement critical levers to attract retain & develop critical talent and builds capability at all levels technical andbehavioral to build a sustainable workforce profile for the future. Partner effectively with all multi-functional peersinternally & externally (outside the plant)to achieve objectives goals and KPIs.
What you will bring

- Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productivemaintenance 5s LEAN 6 sigma tools and concepts
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) coaching and leadership skills in a team-based abilities in Analytics problem solving and team building
- An Engineer with a strong financial & business acumen project management skills and Knowledge of industrialmaintenance and manufacturing equipment.

What you need to know about this position:
- Partner with Line Leaders:Work closely with line leaders to achieve plant goals across safety quality cost delivery sustainability and morale. Ensure processes are stable and contribute to daily management meetings to keep everything on track.
- Own the Technology & Processes:Be the go-to expert on the technology processes and centerline settings for equipment. Take charge of the Progressive Maintenance (PM) systems work processes and key performance indicators while also managing the plants Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) budget.
- Build Maintenance Systems & Team Skills:Design and implement time-based and condition-based maintenance plans. Focus on building the teams capability to confidently handle these systems themselves.
- Collaborate & Improve:Partner with the Asset and Reliability team to improve systems and handle special maintenance tasks. Lead change management efforts localize spare parts and analyze breakdowns to reduce R&M costs. Represent the plant in regional and global technology forums as the expert for your lines.
- Support Growth & Innovation:Play a key role in Vertical Start-Ups (VSUs) for new projects and initiatives. Help line leaders benchmark and reapply best practices from both within and outside the plant. Serve as the subject matter expert in a key component category and provide training on PM topics to grow the teams expertise.
- Manage Facilities:Oversee plant facilities including soft and hard services ensuring smooth operations across the board.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electromechanics Engineering.
Job specific requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience supervising utilities maintenance and automation.
- Proactive approach to optimizing maintenance and reliability (M&R) for lean manufacturing and business success.
- Strong skills in evaluating and improving equipment reliability performance and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with TPM and PLC systems is a must.
