NAME OF THE POSITION
Vice President of Exploration
MISSION
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
Foster a culture of collaboration creativity and innovation across the organization.
Lead the modernization of our exploration process.
Identify and develop new strategies business opportunities and technologies that can lead to innovation and growth within exploration.
Build strong relationships with industry experts.
Lead / manage multiple teams in multiple locations that are focused on core exploration programs.
Build develop and lead the team who will be responsible for driving our exploration agenda going forward.
Ensure high levels of stakeholder engagement throughout the team and ensure excellent communication is achieved.
Validate the exploration information in the companys official technical reports.
Design and implement exploration campaigns designed to achieve maximum prioritization of our resources.
Leading the implementation of advanced technologies within the exploration field.
