Were looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to step into a high-performing Accounting & Finance desk with warm opportunities across Contract and Procurement. This desk has a proven track record and is ready for someone to reignite momentum drive business development and grow market share in a competitive space.
Alternatively if you have experience or a passion for Sales & Marketing were exploring this as a new vertical. With strong existing client relationships and clear market potential this is an exciting opportunity to build something from the ground up with the support of a well-established brand.

What Youll Do:
- Build and develop relationships with both new and existing clients gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Market your candidates to current and prospective clients ensuring their skills and ambitions are aligned with the right roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to successful placements delivering high-quality service to clients and candidates alike.
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with your client base to increase wallet share and grow our market presence.
What Youll Bring:
- Previous experience in recruitment ideally within the accounting and finance sectors.
- A business development mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and grow client relationships.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to marketing candidates and ensuring their placement in roles that match their skills and career goals.
