• Graduate Accountants: Perfect for recent graduates eager to launch a career in public practice.

• Intermediate Accountants: 13 years of experience looking to take on more responsibility.

• Senior Accountants: Ready to lead small teams and work more autonomously with clients.

• Supervisors: Overseeing teams reviewing files and mentoring juniors.

• Managers: High-level client relationships workflow management and strategic leadership

ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
• Commenced or eligible to commence CA or CPA program
• Proven experience working as an Accountant in an Australian public practice firm is highly desirable (minimum 2-3 years).
• Strong proficiency in using accounting software systems
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
• Experience with tax compliance including preparation of tax returns
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving skills with curiosity
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
