Minimum Qualifications
Masters degree in social work from a program that is accredited by Council on Social Work Education. Minimum two (2) years post-graduate employment experience. One (1) year of employment in a direct practice social work setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Academic experience in Bachelor or Master of Social Work Education. Clinical supervision experience with MSW students and graduates. Emphasis on social work practice in teaching and professional work. Strong knowledge skills and experience in working with diverse students and client/patient populations. Experience with hybrid and online pedagogy. Experience with social work field education placements curriculum and seminars. Ability to work as a team with administrators fellow faculty staff and students. Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice equity and inclusion in a university setting. Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.
