Oversee operational planning staffing and management of the UVM Bookstores $technology department. Coordinate and supervise the purchasing receiving invoicing distribution display and sale of Apple and Dell systems Adobe Creative Suite subscriptions extended warranties and related accessories. Offer one-on-one consultations to faculty staff students and campus departments to assist them with their technological needs and handle complex point-of-sale questions and transactions. Direct the TechStore team including a team of student workers and assist with IT issues and website maintenance. Develop and implement department-specific marketing and promotional plans and coordinate Back-to-School and other annual special events and projects for the TechStore.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience with Peoplesoft financials and retail POS administrative software.
