As an Advanced Practice Provider youll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality cost-effective care to patients.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Inpatient Cardiology Consultto:
Education:
If Nurse Practitioner:Masters or Doctorates degree from an accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant:Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited PA Program.
Preferred Masters degree or higher.
Work Experience:
Preferred - Three years of inpatient cardiac or critical care nursing experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
If Nurse Practitioner*:
If Physician Assistant*:
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
