About you
You are an expert in talent acquisition and headhunting. You work proactively to identify experienced professionals as Commercial Real Estate Appraiser candidates across an array of specialties. You thrive on building dynamic relationships with business leaders hiring managers and your colleagues within Recruitment. You are confident in your abilities to partner with our growing business in multiple markets across the US.
You guide local leaders through the recruitment process yet you are also comfortable working in ambiguous situations. You are a true hunter leaning into the key aspects of the role which include perseverance consistency speed and communication. You embrace new approaches and challenges working closely with other experts and honing your craft through professional development to help lead our industry into the future.
