The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600 skilled engineers who focus on tendering engineering planning procurement project Management functional system testing installation supervision documentation and commissioning. However over the last decade it has evolved to become the largest Operations hub. The India Operations Centre team at Chennai Bangalore and Gurugram supports Hitachi Energys units in more than 40 countries across a wide portfolio of all the four business units in Hitachi Energy To date the team has executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.
Mission Statement:
As a Order Management Specialist you will be part of Indian Operation Center in India (INOPC) aiming to develop a global value chain where key business activies resources and expertise are shared across geographic boundaries in order to optimize value for Hitachi Energy customers across market. You will support Transformer Business for Belgium Netherlands and Luxembourg region and customers throughout the order management and project execution process.
Your Responsibilities:
Handling priority deliveries to support customer to meet their target and Order Entry & booking with SAP S4HANA / REIWA system.
Activities include assisting the sales team with order processing order acknowledgement review of orders order entry etc.
Creation of Purchase requisitions (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) - Constant tracking & followup with internal and external suppliers.
Liaise with freight forwarders with respect to shipments customs etc.
Invoicing customers in SAP system and send them to customers / internal sales team.
Register and clear the supplier invoices. - Resolve dispute invoices and liaise with accounts for unpaid/due invoices.

Your Background:
Any Graduates / Any Bachelor degree.
Knowledge in SAP S4HANA system. Should have hands-on 1-3 yrs experience in order entry process.
Knowledge in Electrical products in advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills with strong organization and time management.
Ability to handle high load capacity by setting priorities. Proficient in Microsoft office tools (Excel word & Powerpoint)
Proven development and maintenance of positive cooperative team oriented relationships with coworkers supervisors managers clients and other in contact with the job.
Proven interpersonal abilities with peers colleagues superiors customer suppliers and service providers.
