About the role:
- Partner with a highly regarded real estate specialist advising on capital transactions asset management agreements and high-value development projects.
- Guide institutional clients through complex deals in sectors like energy transport and infrastructure shaping some of the most impactful transactions in the market.
- Draft and negotiate agreements for large-scale developments joint ventures and strategic acquisitions.
- Navigate leasing arrangements across retail commercial and industrial sectors.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer (3 PQE) coming out of a reputable firm.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university with a strong academic track record.
- Strong communication skills excellent attention to detail and a collaborative spirit.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills as well as proficient in drafting legal documents.
