Job Title: Part-Time Groundskeeper
Location: Schwieters Chevrolet Willmar MN
Schedule: Part-Time Flexible Hours

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Groundskeeper/Maintenanceto help maintain the exterior appearance of our dealership. This role is responsible for keeping the property clean tidy and well-groomed creating a positive first impression for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular lawn care including mowing edging and trimming
Manage weed control across landscaped areas and parking lots
Remove debris litter and leaves from outdoor spaces
Maintain sidewalks entrances and driveways to ensure they are clean and hazard-free
Water plants shrubs and flowers as needed
Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns
Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or light landscaping projects
Requirements:
Prior experience in groundskeeping or lawn maintenance preferred
Ability to operate standard landscaping equipment (mower trimmer blower etc.)
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Must be dependable punctual and take pride in keeping outdoor spaces looking great
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Hours & Compensation:
Approximately 20 hours per week
Flexible schedule!
Competitive hourly wage based on experience
