Were Hiring: Business Development Manager
Location: Remote (first 6 months) then Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 remote) in Las Vegas NV
Are you a relationship-builder with a passion for driving growth Join RSMC Services a leader in dental staffing and recruiting as our next Business Development Manager. Youll be at the forefront of expanding our client base creating lasting partnerships and fueling revenue growth.
What Youll Do
Drive New Business: Identify target and win new clients in the dental industry
Build Relationships: Develop long-term client partnerships that foster trust and retention
Strategize for Growth: Craft and execute business development plans that hit and exceed goals
Know the Market: Stay ahead of trends and competitors to spot opportunities
Collaborate: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Track Success: Use data to evaluate performance and continuously improve
What You Bring
5 years in business development sales or account management (staffing/healthcare is a plus)
Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Strong relationship-building skills with clients at all levels
CRM and sales software proficiency
Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field
