Job Description

Requirements:
- Experience in the flexible packaging industry
- Experience in product development
- Experience in sustainability packaging
- Travel commitment: Up to 25%
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and drive sustainability initiatives through technical expertise project leadership and cross-functional collaboration to meet both customer needs and company objectives
- Lead and execute platform projects from conception to completion by managing timelines objectives and documentation while ensuring alignment with company goals
- Support customer initiatives aligned with focus area by serving as a technical expert and company representative
- Design and develop innovative sustainable packaging solutions for various product markets
- Plan and support manufacturing trials related to projects while collaborating with Manufacturing to ensure successful implementation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple organizations to provide training technical guidance and support for sustainability initiatives
- Monitor and share industry trends to maintain knowledge of sustainability developments and market opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to drive innovation in sustainable packaging solutions
