The DSP V (DSP Supervisor) functions for the Home and Community-Based (HCS) Program but can include Texas Home Living (TxHmL) and General Revenue (GR) programs. Services are provided in accordance with the Texas Administrative Code and the IDD Service Definition Manual provided by HHSC. The DSP Supervisor works under the direction of the IDD Community Services Program Director. Specific job duties include but are not limited to supervisory requirements overseeing the operations and management of group homes assisting with employee hiring and monitoring staff scheduling on-call program related office assignments data entry assisting with appointments and supervision of the assigned staff. Additional duties include but are not limited to on-call rotation group home mentor assisting with group home coverage as needed and other tasks delegated by the IDD Community Services Program Director.

M-F 8am to 5pm must possess and maintain availability for on-call support for staff coverage when someone is unavailable for a shift flexibility available upon approval of Program Director
