At Wunderflats were revolutionizing mid-term furnished housing rentals with our marketplace platform. Were looking for a Technical Team Lead to drive innovation and mentorship.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 engineers creating psychological safety fostering a culture of technical excellence collaboration and continuous learning.
- Own the technical vision and roadmap for the Bookings team driving innovation and ensuring alignment with business objectives and architectural best practices.
- Champion code quality testing and automation proactively identifying and resolving technical debt.
- Collaborate with the teams product manager designer QA Analyst and stakeholders to translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions.
- Spearhead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies frameworks and tools to improve team efficiency and product capabilities.
Must-Have Skills
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 6 years of hands-on experience building and deploying scalable cloud-native applications using React and Typescript on Kubernetes. Deep understanding of GraphQL API design microservices architecture and MongoDB.
- 1 years of experience directly managing and mentoring a team of software engineers including performance reviews coaching and conflict resolution.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams including performance management coaching and conflict resolution.
- Strong architectural skills with experience designing and implementing scalable resilient and secure systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience optimizing booking flows and conversion rates in a marketplace environment.
- Experience with GCP.
- Knowledge of and experience with Cloudflare.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
