We are looking for you to join us immediately as a Maintenance Technician Painter (m/f/d) in full-time at the Munich Marriott Hotel which features 348 rooms a wellness area versatile event spaces and much more.

Heres what to expect:
- Repairs and maintenance of technical installations and systems
- Painting work throughout the hotel
- Supervision of repairs by external companies
- Management of ventilation heating and pumping systems
- Maintenance of building technology
- Compliance with and implementation of employee safety and occupational health standards
- Close trustful collaboration with all departments in the hotel
Heres what we expect from you:
- Completed training as a technician preferably as a painter and decorator
- Knowledge in plumbing or electrical fields is desirable
- Independence and structured working style
- High quality awareness
- Strong team spirit
- Guest-oriented approach
- Good German skills with English skills being an advantage
- Good IT skills
