The Role
Are you seeking a role that offers dynamic challenges and the opportunity to leverage your expertise in Rolling Stock Infrastructure Signaling or O&M We are looking for talented individuals who are ready to step up and make an impact in our Rail Certification and Consulting business.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality analysis assessments reports and designs to support client projects ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Mentor and guide junior colleagues ensuring project activities align with company procedures and standards.
- Innovate new tools and techniques to meet client needs drawing from global best practices.
- Plan and execute project activities ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide technical expertise and inputs for business development activities and proposals.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments ensuring client safety and satisfaction.
- Represent our company in client meetings workshops and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive project success.
- Assume leadership roles as needed to support business objectives.
- Contribute to the growth of our North American business through delivering excellence to our clients.
Key Competencies and Experience
- Highly experienced in the rail industry and proven track record working in Rolling Stock Infrastructure Signaling or O&M
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational abilities flexible and adept at meeting deadlines.
Desirable experience
- In depth knowledge of CMREA / CSM / CENELEC standards.
- Familiarity with the Canadian Railway System including CMREA is advantageous.
