Hitachi Energy is seeking a seasonedSales & Marketing professionalto join ourPGGI (Power Grids Grid Integration)team in Belgium. This role is focused onproject-based saleswithin thedata centerandrenewable energysectors with a strong emphasis onmedium-voltage solutionspower qualitytransformers andsubstation projects.
You will be responsible for managing the full sales cyclefrom responding to tenders and preparing technical-commercial offers to contract negotiation and handover to project execution teams. This is asenior-level positionrequiring deep market knowledge technical expertise and a proven track record inproject sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end sales process for complex infrastructure projects in Belgium.
Respond to project tenders and customer requests with tailored technical and commercial proposals.
Collaborate closely with engineering legal and tendering teams to define project scope pricing and contractual terms.
Manage existing and mature accounts ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Bundle products and services (MV equipment transformers power quality solutions after-sales services) into comprehensive project offers.
Work in close coordination with the project execution team for smooth handover and implementation.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in therenewabledata center andhigh-voltage infrastructuresectors.
Your Background
Minimum 810 years of experience inproject saleswithin theenergyutilities orinfrastructuresectors.
Strong technical background in electrical engineering or a related field.
Proven experience withmedium-voltage systemssubstations andgrid-connected infrastructure.
Familiarity with the Belgian energy market and key players.
Fluent in English; Dutch.
Based in or willing to relocate toZaventem Belgium.
