Job Skills / Requirements
Janco Janitorial is seeking a skilled and detail-orientedFloor Care Technicianto perform specialized floor maintenance services including stripping waxing buffing and carpet extraction. This role is essential to maintaining clean polished and professional environments in client facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform floor care services such as stripping waxing burnishing scrubbing and carpet cleaning.
- Operate and maintain floor care equipment including buffers scrubbers extractors and vacuums.
- Follow client-specific floor care instructions and safety protocols.
- Ensure proper use and dilution of chemicals and solutions.
- Report any floor damage or maintenance needs to supervisors.
- Work after hours or weekends as needed based on project schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and company vehicle (if assigned).
