Position Overview:
Were seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join one of our Chattanooga-based concepts. Youll be at the heart of day-to-day operations working side-by-side with your team to ensure smooth service strong sales and a culture of excellence.
What Youll Do:
Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Maintain high standards of food service and cleanliness
Manage daily operations including labor inventory and cost controls
Hire train and develop hourly staff and supervisors
Drive top-line sales and bottom-line profitability
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Collaborate with multi-unit leaders on business goals and growth
What Were Looking For:
2 years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
Guest-first mentality with a passion for hospitality
Experience in scheduling inventory and team development
Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast
Maintain a safe working environment for Team Members and dining environment for Guests.
Work with the General Manager to ensure all financials are on track recorded accurately and on time
Eagerness to grow with a company that promotes from within

What were looking for in a Manager
Minimum of 1-2 years management experience in an upscale casual dining restaurant
A degree in Hospitality Management or similar is preferred
Ability to coach and develop Team Members
Strong passion for hospitality and service
Knowledge of food and beverage preparation
Working knowledge of local and national health codes
Excellent communication
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
