Job Description
Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsa is looking for a dedicated Bus Person to join our energetic team. In this role youll be the backbone of our dining operations ensuring our guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities
- Help our servers deliver delicious meals and refreshing drinks to our hungry guests.
- Keep our dining areas sparkling like new. Sweeping mopping and maintaining cleanliness are your top priorities.
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring our guests feel valued and appreciated.
- Uphold the highest safety standards including safe food handling procedures and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Work collaboratively with our team to create a fun friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Promote our Big Six values: Fun Friendly Quick Comfortable Clean and Safe.
Qualifications
- Were looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of experience in a similar blend of education and relevant experience will do the trick!
- Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke noise and bright lights.
- This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Be ready to put your best foot forward with constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Must have ability to acquire a Food Handlers Card.
- Ability to obtain a state issued alcoholic beverage license.
