The Internal Services Project Management Team (PMT) within Human Services and Public Health supports data-based decision making strategic planning process improvement innovation program development and leads various efforts throughout the department. PMT is seeking a Project Manager with strong experience in managing projects process improvement/service design and facilitating conversations who will use their knowledge skills and abilities to lead efforts that increase the effectiveness of our operations and support our business partners in achieving successful outcomes. Projects vary from long to short durations with a variety of customers who may include executive management direct line workers and various internal and external partners. This is not an IT Project Managment position. Experience:
Location and hours:
This position is hybrid and will be performed both on-site at any Hennepin County department locations and remote as job duties require specific building is flexible and will be decided at the time of hire. Work hours will be Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. While this position is designated as hybrid based on current requirements hires must reside in or relocate to Minnesota or Wisconsin. New Employee Orientation (NEO) for all new benefit-earning employees is in-person in downtown Minneapolis. Details about NEO will be provided upon hire
