The purpose of this position is to manage the operation production and projects of the warehouse unit. This position also supervises 3 full-time employees and up to 2 temporary employees.
This position will be responsible for assisting with the management and maintenance of the building and grounds to include the interior exterior and occasional snow removal.
This position will serve as project manager for fulfillment delivery and document destruction projects for a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Additionally this position will have complete oversight of all building janitorial services.
A summary of the duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Warehouse and Janitorial Supervisor
Inventory Control Purchasing and Destruction
Delivery/Fulfillment Management
Building and Grounds Maintenance
Monthly Billing/Record Keeping
Professional Development

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience Only:At least five (5) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position
OR
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to five (5) years
Theexceptional candidatewill possess the proven ability or accomplishment in the following preferred qualifications:
Previous State Service related to the work assigned to the position
At least one (1) year of supervisory experience
At least three (3) years of experience in building operations
Experience operating forklifts
Experience in inventory management
At least one (1) year in project management
Conditions of Employment:
A pre-employment criminal background check will be conducted as part of the selection process.
