Position Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Community Mental Health Assistant to work either full-time to provide support services such as monitoring supervision of clients assisting with meals transportation to offsite activities (ARU specific) facilitating as directed goals and recovery education groups peer support techniques (for staff with peer support training) intervention in clients behavior per protocol and under supervision assisting clients with completion of daily living skills wellness recovery action planning and post crisis plans visual monitoring of all clients per acuity protocol provide accurate reports complete required documentation vital signs and/or collection of lab specimens completion of any assigned paperwork and documentation necessary for medical records or billing purposes answer a multi-line phone system in a professional manner take messages and transfer calls and other assigned tasks.
