Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a compassionate and motivated speech-language pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a PRN basis at our respected senior community in Markesan WI. This is an excellent opportunity for a flexible and dedicated professional to provide meaningful care in a supportive therapist-owned environment.

As an SLP with Greenfield youll deliver personalized therapy services that help residents regain and maintain their communication cognitive and swallowing abilities. Youll work alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team to promote independence and quality of life for every individual you serve.

SLP responsibilities:

  • Evaluate residents for speech language cognition and swallowing disorders

  • Educate residents families and staff on strategies for improved function and safety

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school with a masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
