Manufacturing Tech IV (Req#1749)

POSITION DUTIES:

Provide leadership to production team by delegating assignments to 3-6 team members. Under supervision of manager address performance and quality issues including providing input during regular reviews. Train team members. Lead safe work practices by clearly seeing production environment as well as reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Aid in interviewing and hiring. Operate assigned production equipment including lifting 25-75 pounds. Complete start-up/shut-down procedures and operate all assigned production lines in a safe efficient and productive manner. Support and perform corrective maintenance repairs and changeovers including mechanical adjustments to equipment by using complex mathematics including varying units of measurement whole numbers fractions and decimals. Verify quality by reviewing products. Complete reporting. Complete electric work and operate forklift as needed.

At least two (2) years of experience in manufacturing or production (any title).
