Why we need you
Our front-end surface is expanding rapidly and were standardizing on a newly defined TypeScript architecture. As one of our first front-end engineers youll ship new features refactor legacy code into the new patterns and grow under a senior architect while shaping mission-critical clinician workflows.
What youll do
Build new UI features with our component library and coding standards.
Refactor legacy React/ components to match the latest architecture tests and accessibility guidelines.
Partner with product and design to deliver polished clinician-friendly experiences on tight timelines.
Instrument performance and error monitoring (Web Vitals Sentry) so every release is measurable and reliable.
Contribute to documentation Storybook examples and CI checks that keep the whole team moving fast.
Participate in code reviews pair programming and architecture discussions; grow into an area you can eventually own.
Must-have experience
0 3 years professional front-end development.
Proficiency in React and TypeScript (coursework internships or production work).
Familiarity with Git modern CI flows and basic unit/component testing.
Eagerness to learn enterprise-grade standards accessibility performance budgets security basics.
Ability to work in-office with a fast-moving team and communicate clearly.
Nice-to-haves
Experience using shadcn/ui or similar component libraries.
Shipped applications with significant real-world traffic or user counts.
Hands-on with the latest features (App Router server components edge rendering).
Eye for UX/UI details; comfortable collaborating closely with designers.
Exposure to Storybook Tailwind or design-system contribution.
Prior setup of Sentry performance profiling or end-to-end tests (Playwright/Cypress).
Background in multi-tenant SaaS or regulated domains (healthcare fintech).
